ABOUT US

​Working Well provides co-work spaces for healthcare providers and wellness professionals in the vibrant Knightville neighborhood of South Portland. Conveniently located just steps from the walking and cycling paths over the Casco Bay Bridge, our space is surrounded by an array of walkable local amenities, including cafés, restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, hair salons, a gourmet market, a post office, a Pilates studio, and access to the scenic shoreline.

OUR COMMUNITY 
Working Well is home to a collaborative community of Maine-licensed health and

wellness practitioners.
Currently, our practitioners include:

  • An Acupuncturist and Clinical Herbalist (myself)

  • Two Registered Nurses. One of whom is also a Clinical Herbalist,

                                                and another who practices Reiki.

  • A Physical Therapist (starting June 2026)

  • A Psychotherapist

  • A Positive Psychology Practitioner & Academic Coach

  • A Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian (Intuitive Eating Counselor)

  • A 1:1 Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Fall Prevention Practitioner

  • An Interfaith Minister, Counselor, and Channel


All practitioners are required to hold appropriate Maine licensure and maintain

their own professional liability insurance.

COSTS & RENTAL DETAILS 
The minimum rental commitment is one day per week, billed monthly. Initial lease

terms are available in either 3-month or 6-month agreements. During the first 30 days,

either party may cancel the lease if it does not feel like the right fit, with no further

commitment required.
Private office and treatment rooms are generally priced at $100 per day for one practitioner. 
   For example:
   Fridays only: $400/month
   Wednesdays and Fridays: $800/month


Once established as a member renting at least one day per week, practitioners

may reserve additional hours on other days, and book workshops. These perks are

subject to availability, and additional charges apply.
 

WORKSHOPS
Established Working Well members may also host weekend workshops. 
Additional hours and workshops are subject to availability, and all workshops must be pre-approved to ensure alignment with the Working Well mission and values.
